Map network drive failed after firmware upgraded to 4.3.6.1040

Post by thomaskng »

After upgrading to 4.3.6.1040, shared folders are no longer available as network drives. I could see the NAS visible in File Explorer but when I tried to browse the NAS (via Map Network Drive) I got an error message "The network path was not found."

Did that already for 1040 tweo weeks ago. And pointed to this typo as well. And reported this this morning again. How can it seriously be, that they revert 1040 and then bring 1050 without fixing the typo.

you raised a ticket with QNAP Helpdesk. Whether or not your ticket goto to the correct department is another matter.

can you confirm 4.3.6.0993 which seems to work fine is different from the 4.3.6.1040/1050 config?
