Can't Access a QNAP from Windows 10 Computer

Hello,

Randomly, one of our QNAPs is inaccessible from being accessed from Windows computers via SMB. No changes were made recently to it. It just stopped being accessible..

Model: TS-809U
Firmware: 4.2.6 Build 20200821

I am able to hit the web UI.

Microsoft Network is set to enabled.

I'm able to see the QNAP of Qfinder Pro, but I'm not Network Drive doesn't do anything.

I explicitly set up a new user (in case I was getting the username/pass wrong) and used that to try to login to no avail.

It was currently set to "Allow only these IPs" with IP blocks. I explicitly put the IP of the computer I was testing and it didn't work. Even opened to all connections.

I've tried restarting the server.

Any help would be much appreciated!
