@Transcode folders in Qsync

Post by hungchun »

QNAP HS-453DX 4.5.3.1652

I use Qsync to sync my family photos and videos, and use QuMagie to view these files.
(These files located in default .Qsync folder)

I want to watch these videos from my phone, so I use transcode in multimedia console, it generates @Transcode folder in each folder that have videos inside.

I use qsync at first and then set transcode, it doesn't sync file in @Transcode folder to my PC(this is what I want)

But one day the qsync client(PC) says something like "Qnap device database has crashed", I can't get it to work so I uninstall the qsync central(in NAS) and reinstall it. The sync function works again, but it treats @Transcode as normal folder now, so it download all video files in @Transcode to my PC

I think that Qsync shoud recognize @Transcode folder and exclude files in these folders.
Is there any settings to set the rule? (Maybe it should be the default rule...)
