Shared excel file opens as read only.

Hi,
I have problem with shared .xls excel file between windows 10 users, users very often get information during file opening that this file is locked by the other user and can be opened as read only. When I do remote login to the user computer that should lock this file I see that not any excel file is opened on it's computer. This problem is very often, users have windows 10 on every computer, SMB settings version is 3.0 (minimal 2.1) what could I do more to resolve this issue? Firmware version is 4.5.2
