Folders accesable but can't copy to them

Hi

I have a qnap 509pro 3.1.0 and Win XP pro.
Made a shared folder on the qnap named Rob and I moved my Documents to this folder.
All folders and data are accessible.
I can copy files to Qnap\Rob\Documents\
I can copy files to Qnap\Rob\Documents\1 folder\
But I can't copy files to Qnap\Rob\Documents\1 folder\2 folder\
Then I get the error access denied check HD is full or file is secured.
If I go to properties from the Documents folder theres the read only checked and I can't get it of.
Can somebody help me with this one?
