Windows 10 (64bit) VM slow on TVS-671?

Anyone have any luck getting a windows VM to run quickly? I dedicated 2 cores and 4GB of RAM and the install went smoothly and yet when I open the virtualization console it just seems super sluggish. Worse if i click to do something like open device manager i wait around 5+ seconds before the interface pops up. Launching an app also seems unusually slow.

I notice that in virtual station if i click the free windows VM and select a windows 10 VM, virtual station downloads and installs a windows VM for me. But even that one is sluggish.. weird
