Vcenter with qnap NAS

Hello everyone,

I have previously connected the NAS and added a datastore using the plugin on vcenter. VMs that were storing vmdk on the NAS were able to access them normally till yesterday. suddenly those VMs can't access the files. i have removed the datastore and tried to add it again but the wizard just keeps waiting trying to perform an unknown action, it doesn't even display an error message. adding the NAS again displays same behavior, it just keeps trying to add it but doesn't display any error.

vcenter and qNAP are on the same vlan so no firewall or L3 device is filtering traffic.

my environment is below

vcenter server 6.7
esxi hosts 6.7
qnap plugin 5.0.2.31
qnap TS-1673AU-RP fw 4.5.4

anyone knows what could be the problem ?
