Suboptimal performance iSCSI/MPIO

I'm using a TS879 with SSD disks to connect to a XenServer using the setup as described in this article: ... Server.pdf

I'm using two Intel E1000PT server adapters connected to a managed GB switch to create the dedicated storage network.
Both QNAP NIC's are not trunked and connected to this storage network.
I have assigned to separate VLAN's each with no Default GW assigned.

All checks look okay, MPIO enabled, 2 available iSCSI sessions and so on. However the performance i'm getting seems to be limited to the capacity of only a single link (about 100MByte/s).

Here's the multipath output on from the xenserver (I have 3 storage repositories/ iSCSI disks configured)

Is there someone available who can help me with the correct setup?
