Joined domain, but SMB-Access is not possible

Post by caesarsiegfried »

Hi, i have joined successfully my qnap TS-873A to my AD-Domain, but I'm not able access a smb share with a user that has acess rights for the share.
I'm also wondering why there is a plus sign displayed between username and domain name in the share options (mydomain+username) instead of (mydomain\username).
At my old QNAP TS-869 Pro, there was a backslash between domain and username and it worked like a charm.

Version of my TS-873A is 5.0.0.1828

Thank you for your help.

I’m also getting this. I suspect that something has changed in qts 5

domain login style (domain\username) can be set under

Network&File Services>Win/MacNFS>Advanced
