Active directory domain - trust relationship recovery

Hi all, in the next few days I will have to do a migration operation on the Samba4 domain which will damage the "secure channel" between the client and the domain controller, in the various PCs and servers I will run commands from powershell to restore this channel without exiting and rejoins clients from the domain.

And everything remains stable but I have a doubt how the qnap nas will behave? Will they notice that their channel to the dc has been corrupted and offer me to restore the trust relationship or am I forced to log them out and back in from the domain?

The idea is not to lose permissions on various user folders
