Basic windows server question

Hi,
I don't seem to be able to see my TS-109pro on my WinXP machine. I confess that I know less about Windows networking than any other environment.
I am able to see my Mac notebook from the Windows machine without problem. I have also activated Windows sharing on the TS-109.

Am I missing something?

Dear Dan:
Please let us know which firmware version of your TS-109 Pro.
There was a known problem in previous firmware and it is solved in newer version firmware.

I am running the current firmware (1.1.2).
