Qsync and AD authentication problem

Hi

I`m newbie here, i have already searched forum about my problem and i didnt find clue.

We have qnap 1079 pro.

Problem is after AD user change passsword, qsync demand change password too and stop synchronizig files until user change password.
Is any way to synchronize these password?
