Domain user

Hi,
A user is not showing up in the list of domain users in the listing on Privilege -> Shared folders -> Properties -> Permissions ->Add -> Domain User. This user has been in AD for a long time and does not have any issues in the domain. I refreshed the list. Other users members of the same group as him (including domain user of course) are there. He does not show up. How can I fix this?
