QNAP NAS Community Forum

I am using a TVS-473 running QTS 4.3.5.0756. I have setup the QNAP to be a domain controller. I also setup Home Folder creation for all users. When I create a new user under Domain Controller, it does not automatically create a home folder for the account. Is there something I am missing? The documentation is i can find is rather light and doesn't explain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
