Domain Controller Local profiles

I'm new to this forum and a bit of a newbie to domain controls, so any help would be appreciated.

I have set up the domain controller on my QNAP NAS drive and users can log-in and share files - no problems.
I have a laptop which is set up and logins in ok but would like to replicate the roaming profile to a local drive so they can access files when not connected. The laptop remote roaming work ok with no issues. Any ideas how to replicate locally.

All PC's are using windows 10 professional
