Join Domain error

i'm using:
TS-559 Pro II
4.2.6 build 20200109

I have problem with AD join. yesterday my NAS suddenly disconnected from AD and when trying to connect back to the AD, it was successfull but the config always keep showing " no domain security" even after successfully join AD.
i've tried updating to the latest firmware and reboot the NAS.
anyone have any similar experience?
i have a case open but the support have not replied yet.
