DNS Issues

Since installing 4.5.1.1461 on both of my QNAPs I've been getting DNS issues. I just want to check I've got the DNS settings for each workstation and server correct.

Router Uses ISP DNS address and also does DHCP for all workstations. Servers are on static IP. Router also relays DNS requests to ISP.

I have two domain controllers DC1 and DC2. DC1 being a TVS-951 and DC2 is an HS-251+

Workstations use DC1 and DC2 as DNS servers. DNS servers assigned by Router DHCP.

DC1 uses DC2 and router for DNS.
DC2 uses DC1 and router for DNS.

Is this the correct DNS setup?

The problem I'm getting is that when we go to some websites I may have to refresh the browser a few times before it appears.
