Pre-create AD user home directories.

We are replacing an older NAS that handled our users Home directories so there is a lot of data to move into place. How do I force the QNAP to pre-create the users directories so I can move their data in place before they access it? Otherwise I am going to be swarmed with a cacophony of complaints about missing data if I have to wait for them to login to have their folder created.
