AD status is Online but getting no users&groups with LDAP

Hello,
I am using the latest firmware (3.6.0 build 0210T) and my product is QNAP TS-859U+
I have tried to make LDAP configuration as documented and did not get any error. The status of LDAP server is Online when i check Access Right Management -> Domain Security section. But when i check Domain Users or Domain Groups it turns 0 record. My Active Directory schema looks like OU's inside of OU's and i am putting the root USERS DN and GROUPS DN. Also some of the names of OU's have space character, does it matter? What else should i check?
