Unable to install Photo Station Extension

I have a TS-251 which has a Celeron processor, so that should quality as an x86 processor, correct?

I have version 4.3.3 of the firmware and 5.4.1 of Photo Station.

When I go to Control Panel -> Multimedia -> Media Add On, I see version 1.2.1 of Photo Station Extension and an install button.

Clicking the button does nothing, however, and hovering over it just makes the word "install" appear but I can not click on this (I think it's contextual help).

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

I had the same problem.

I managed to install by doing a manual install by downloading from here : https://www.qnap.com/en/app_center/con_ ... .2&seq=144
