ts-251 hdmi no signal , I solved it.

The method is simple.

It was downgraded to manual installation by HD station(3.1.6).

My QTS is 4.3.0.

It's been a week, but I'm still using it without a problem.

How do you fix it? Which is your mother language. Do you speak spanish?

Same problem here..i think too that is a hdstation related problem..
I have to unplug and the plug the hdmi for turn it working again..

My model is TS-451. Which one do you have? I dont know if its a problem with spicific models or a general problem. Supposedly they had released the update 3.1.C to fix this problem but obviously they didnt it. I have reported it to Qnap Support. I think all the people with the same problem should report it to they take into account.

hate to resurect an old thread - but am having the same issue with TS-451+ ever since the firmware upgrade (version 4.3.3.0262 Build 20170727) .

my 251+ does not work with hdmi.

all i get is the no signal. tried almost everything

does someone know anything i can trie ?

hd station: is active , i reinstalled the nas completly to be sure..

hdmi cable works on any other device.

when i unplug i ca see that the tv sees something

hdmi pluggingd on tv screen : no signal
unplug the cabla on tv screen : heck cable..

I have had problems occasionally with no HDMI output. I have resolved my problem - sort of - I upgraded the Ram using a 4Gb Corsair ValueSelect stick. No HDMI output after the latest Hybrid Desk Station upgrade. Bought a Kingston stick and problem solved.... For now.

did you solve this problem? Even with the newest (beta) firmware I have the same symptoms like you. I am already afraid that the HDMI-port is faulty...

I have already solved two firmwares ago. Sometimes I have the problem but only in the 5% of the cases. With the last update of QTS I have not had problems yet.
