Multimedia Contents
Hi there, is it possible to add additional Contents from the basic Photo / Video / Music and if so how do I do it please?

I don't quite understand the question, what do you mean by additional content?
A NAS can store any type of content, applications such as PhotoStation / MusicStation / VideoStation are applications to easily view / manage multimedia content, of course you can add different source sources for them.

Multimedia Console --> Content Management section is used to specify the paths to content for the different QNAP applications.
It controls the source locations for the applications such as QuMagie, Photostation, Music Station, VIdeo Station or the built-in DLNA
Launch Multimedia Console
Select Content Management
Select an application to see the current content sources (i.e. file paths) and a summary of the content in those paths (number of files and disk space)
Click Edit to add or remove paths from the list for that application
