How to consolidate photos from multiple sources and media types

I have CDs, full-size hard drives, and laptop drives with photos and videos on them that I would like to use PhotoStation to find and consolidate onto my NAS.

Is there a way to get PhotoStation to scan external media sources and pull the images from the CDs and hard drives onto the NAS?

I would like to eliminate the need to copy each CD and hard drive to the NAS first as I am limited on space.

Any alternative solution would also be appreciated.

I have a TS-559 Pro II running 4.2.6 with 1Gb ram | Raid 6 | 5.4TB
