Failure when creating albums in Photo Station

In Photo Station, when I try to create an album or a smart album as an admin or as a user with admin rights, I get a pop up box that only says "Failure". Can you please help? Thanks

I've encounter this situation before. you need to restart media library.

Control Panel -> Applications -> Multimedia Management

disable and enable it again to restart media library

Thanks for the reply. I tried disabling and enabling media library but had same results.

I also restarted my QNAP but Same results

QNAP Tutorial: How to manage photos with Photo Station might prove helpful to you.

We can't do much for you, as you have chosen to not share any information about your configuration, Firmware Version/Build, or Photo Station version. Please provide Crystal Ball, or actual information we can work with.

Here is my system information:
Your Operating System you are using to access your NAS.- Windows 8.1 using Firefox 37.0.1 and Internet Explorer 11 (tried creating an album in both)
NAS model: TS-469 Pro
Firmware Version/Build numbers: Just upgraded to the latest QTS 4.1.3 Build 0313 and had same results as with the previous build 0217
Network Setup (ie Single Port or Port Trunking): Single Port
Photo Station version 4.1.4
