I work with TS-419 PII QTS 4.3.3.0095, and I have the same problem.
The ssh commands did not change anything.
Are there any updates in that matter?

I stepped back to QTS 4.2.4 and now it is working. Perhaps I should wait for 4.3 to become stable.

Had same problem, tried all the other stuff without luck.
I also had problem installing "Media Streaming add-on"
This is how i solved it
Goto Control Panel \ Shared Folders
Under Shared Folder Press "Restore Default Shared Folders "
And everything was working again.
Model TS-659 Pro II
Firmware 4.2.6

With a TS-451, Firmware 4.4.2.1270
Now it works.
