After I've upgrade to 4.3 version of QTS. I'm starting to get ramdonly this error " [media library] Thumbnail generation failed" with Photos,videos,etc . in my TS453A.
Anyone idea about it ??

Hi,
After I've upgrade to 4.3 version of QTS. I'm starting to get ramdonly this error " [media library] Thumbnail generation failed" with Photos,videos,etc . in my TS453A.
Anyone idea about it ??

Downgrade directly to 4.2.3 and all OK except VPN server.

I'm having the same error since the latest Firmware update - constant alerts - "Thumbnail Generation Failed"
I think I need to rollback the firmware, until resolved

same issue here on 4.3.2.0050 , I thought i was just for raw CR2 files which dont display in media viewer either, but could be others as well.

Good news. 4.3.3 has seemed to fix the thumbnail and raw File viewing.

I think I'll wait for a really stable version with more ported apps. 4.2.... It's working fine.

Same here everytime Surveillance Station 5.1.1.0 records a new motion detected clip of my IPcam and writes it down on my TS-231 running QTS 4.3.3.0095

Same problem in HS-251+ with QTS 4.3.3 latest build
