Streaming music via Bluetooth as normal user [solved]

I'm trying to stream music via a bluetooth dongle in music station. However, I can only see output devices other than "Streaming Mode" (i.e. HDMI Audio 1, Bluetooth, etc) when I'm logged in as admin. Is there a way to change access rights for non-admin users?

(TS-251+, 4.3.3)

Edit: As admin music station's Settings > Access Permissions lets you assign devices per user.
