VideoStation audio not supported

Hello,

I am new with QNAP, I spend some bunch of money for it. After configuration (which for my point of view is not intuitive), I would like to play Video and I have an error (audio is not supported, video is not supporte). It is seriously not possible, I am angry to spend so much money and it do not have so basic functionality.

I tried but as I remember I have a problem with play local file via kodi. Which version do I have to use, where I will find it?

Also just as a tip to OP since you are new, the more detailed information provided (see my signature for examples, links for info, etc.) in your initial question the better and more likely you are to get a response.

Things like QNAP model & QTS version & build, video file codec info (mediainfo app is great for getting this info) etc. would all be helpful when requesting assistance.
