Subfolder selection in Media Console Content Management

TS 451+ 4bay, 1-3 using raid 0, bay 4 backup of raid 0. Running QTS 4.4.1 and current versions of Media Console 1.0.7, Qumagie 1.1.1, QuMagie Core 1.0.5, Photostation 6.0.2, +other stations. My question: in Media Console > Content Management, How does a person select ALL the subfolders of another folder? (I.e. Under Photo folder, how do I select 2019, 2018 2017 ... folders, each of which themselves has subfolders.) With > 250,000 filed photos Surely not one by one! ? Any help would be great. otherwise after a pile of trouble and re-installations the basics seem to work ok.
