Failed to start multimedia console

[Dacronic]

- latest firmware
- latest app version
- when opening multimedia console the app from the
Application store opens, no stop/start/uninstall available
- manual downloaden app en reinstalled manually

Googled, no solution found. Also tried with ssh to restart/start the service but doesn’t run

Error is: failed to start multimedia console, qts doesnt support this multimedia console.
