I am using latest firmware (4.5.3.1670) on TS-453b.

The problem: When I am opening Multimedia Console, I see that Facial Recognition freezed, I see the following - 99% (7561/7562)
Status is not changing, rebooting does not help.

It seems that the latest photo could not be processed.

Are there any ways how I can solve it?

I have the same problem even after the new update of QNAP AI Core today 2021/06/08 ..., 99% (one item left / 99% (50375/50376)) and no more progress ...

i'm running QTS Hero h4.5.3.1670 on an TS-h686...

Anyone with the same problem or maybe a solution?

You can try this way to back up face recognition data

Then reset the face recognition data, and then import it.
