Advise needed - Backup Option 7 Veeam

Hi, I would like to get an advice from someone who has similar setup / done it before.

We have a VMware environment with 100 VMs. All are running in office 1.
All VMs are backed up using Veeam (running as VM) to QNAP device with 100TB space. Total backup takes about 50TB with daily incremental which takes about 1TB.
We have a remote office 2 with same QNAP device (100TB) where we would like to backup all the backup data from office 1 QNAP as efficiently / quickly as possible.

Connection between 2 offices is 100MBps.

Currently we have all VMs backed up with Veeam using Backup job to QNAP in office 1 and additional Veeam Backup Copy jobs to QNAP in office 2.
Veeam licence we have doesn't have a WAN accelerator.

My question is:
Is this the fastest option to backup VMs to offisite location or QNAP will offer faster options (LUN backup / LUN replication / Snapshot / Snapshot Replica / other options)?

You have far more guarantee of remounting those VMs with Veeam than using Qnap tools.
