Qsync's data is not replicated to remote NAS
Hi There,
I have a TS-EC800U. I've joined it with domain so I can setup Qsync using domain users.
Everything is working as it should except the Qsync's data cannot replicate to a remote QNAP TS-453 Pro.
Qsync's data is replicated fine when I tested using QNAP's accounts. This is a bit weird.
I hope someone can help me to figure out how to resolve this problem due to it is critical for us to use Qsync with Domain's users.

Re: Qsync's data is not replicated to remote NAS
So you've setup Qsync so users can sync local pc/laptop shares to the Qnap, right?
Now you want to backup those shares to remote NAS on same LAN, right?
What method are you using to replicate to the 453 Pro?

I enabled RTRR server on 453 Pro. Then create a RTRR task to replicate from TS-EC880U to 453 Pro.

Yes the setup of Qsync for domain users is working fine. Now I am having problem with backup Qsync's data from TS-EC880 to 453 Pro using RTRR.

Screenshot of problem or error message, don't quite understand the issue, RTRR shouldn't care if domain or local users
Firmware version?
Using Hybrid Backup Sync?

Re: Qsync's data is not replicated to remote NAS
Both QNAP devices use the same firmware version: 4.3.3.0299 (20170901)
I tried Hybrid Backup Sync as you suggested. It didn't work.
Test and Test1 Qsync folders under admin user can replicate successfully.
However, all Qsync folders under quaggaadmin user cannot replicate to remote NAS. See my screenshots beow:

I hope you can help me to resolve this problem. Thanks

Re: Qsync's data is not replicated to remote NAS
Is 453 joined to domain too?
Also, are you ticking extended attributes in policy?
This suggests using RSYNC. Doesn't say anything about domain user shares.

Re: Qsync's data is not replicated to remote NAS
Sorry I didn't mention it clearly.
453 doesn't join domain due to it locates outside the LAN. RTRR service run through internet connection.

Re: Qsync's data is not replicated to remote NAS
So trying RSYNC, really over WAN RSYNC is preferred anyway.
