Hi,
I have for a month or more, executed a FTP sync from my QNAP TS219II to my FTP server.
Now I need to direct the job to another FTP share because of space problems.
In HybridBackup I create a new profile for the FTP remote server.
When creating a new sync. remote job and selecting the FTP profile, I get a warning somthing with 'supporting command MFMT'
I can't remember if I also received that error when I created the first job.
But anyway, I push OK, and continue selecting Source folder from my NAS.
When I try to select destination on my FTP server, I can't see any folder
A message say 'Connecting' but no folder are visibel?????
Any have a suggestion what could be wronge. I can't just key in path my self.
I can login on same FTP with a FTP tool, so it is running.
I have just updated to latest firmware and are running Hybrid Backup Sync version 2.1.171130
HybridBackupSync -> Can't select folders, FTP folders not visibel

What browser?
Try Chrome.
But there are bugs "still" in HBS.

I have used Chrome and Edge, latest version i guess on win10.
Same ressults, only an empty list.
I remember I have upgraded my pc from win10 32 bit to 64 bit, after I made the first running job.
I will go hunting another win version and browser.

I'd check permissions, I assume you mean the Test option fails.

No, test when creating profile is passing and reply with a speed.
It is when I create the job (Sync to FTP) I don't get the list of folders in the destination window.
With first click, message say: Connecting, and then nothing. An empty list and not possible to key in the path my self.

Sounds like discovery issue rather than HBS, check this

the problem is that qnap cant see the root ftp directory .
you have create a subfolder in you root directory and select it as the destination

I don't think that is the situation. Because I have already made a job that look into a folder. If I try to create an extra going to same target the path is not visible.
It is confirmed by qnap support that it can be recreate. They see it as an failure. I hope it will be solved soon.
