Speed of Snapshot Replication Transfer Drops After 2 Hours

Greetings,

We recently acquired an identical TVS-H1688X to back up our current production unit.

I've set up Snapshot Replication, which is working, but it seems that after about 2 hours of 2.6 Gpbs transfer speed (10 Gig, link local NAS to NAS), it drops to about half of that and stays that way, until the transfer is done. I've seen this 3 times now while running initial backups of volume snapshots.

Does anyone know why this is and how we might be able to keep the transfer speeds up higher?
