Qumagie apps local cache, local IR, offline mode

No secret that QNAP probably rolled out qumagie as a barebones for us to test and improve.

Things that would make it better:
1) Just put it in photo station or the opposite. One UI, one app. So the first step to improve qumagie is …merge it with Qphoto.
2) Make app browsing available offline. What if I go hiking?
3) Share IR data and API with the phone, make the phone do the work locally and send results to the NAS.
