To whom it may concern:
I have several of the QSW-IM1200-8C 10G switches with LACP LAG's set up between pairs either for connecting switches together or as end points of dual redundant RF links. The issue that I see is that the throughput over the LAG seems to be only a single channel instead of both channels combined.
As an example the two RF links are a little over 500 Mbps each so I should see a throughput of close to 1 Gbps with both links up in the LACP lag but at most I see 500 Mbps. So there is no round robin or ping-ponging taking place between the members of the lag.
I would request a feature to increase the throughput over the LAG with some options such as fail over, round-robin etc to better utilize the LAG.
Sincerely,
Bryan Z
