Helpdesk ticket feedback

Post by Ashpool »

So when a helpdesk ticket is closed it asks to provide feedback (like almost every other helpdesk system). But I was surprised when I provided negative feedback, that I started getting hassled by support staff member!

My suggestion is to send this feedback to the helpdesk manager, or a customer relations person, or really just anyone who won't take it personally and maybe even take something constructive from it

O_O; well... i at first did do that because i do post bugs, improvements and other suggestions to helpdesk every now and then... so it's a bit too many of the same things to fill back about support performance... So i stopped doing that unless there is really a need to.

i'm surprised you got a response though from it *i never did, though i've always been maintaining a cordial attitude despite my technical issue frustrations at times. but after your comment i'm not sure i want to do that part  cauz i do need help every so often.

but yes that sort of feedback should probably go to team lead or manager rather than person handling your case
