Qnap 453 Pro Network port failure

Post by Kilumiranda »

Good afternoon,

I've been a long time with a malfunction on the first network port of Qnap 453 Pro

The lights on this rde door are completely lit and at the same door there is no traffic.

I've already disconnected the network cable and the port is still on, I'm using another network port at the moment.

I signed up for Qnap over SSH and then I unplugged the door and turned it back on, and unfortunately I did not succeed.

Has anyone had this problem ? Can you help me?

Regards.

is it the same way when you start without disks ?

if so it might be a hardware failure

"On" does mean the interface is workable, does get an IP address from a DHCP server? Query the NAS network status ie. from Qfiner Pro.
