Update Linux Kernel and/or PulseAudio

Update Linux Station and QTS to current Kernel. Or, in very least update Pulseaudio to current build (using v8 and latest is v11).

Just as an FYI - QNAP updated the kernel with the release of QTS 4.3 when they moved to 64-bit, so not sure how likely they are to do that again so quickly.
