why is qnap again forcing apps on my hardware? don't I own it?
I can't get rid of ssd profiling. What good is it when I have no ssd drives in the box?
How can I remove this app permanently?

Re: remove ssd profiler
As with several other system Apps - for example Network &Virtual Switch, Resource Monitor, Qboost, Notification Center, QNAP Cloud SSL Certificate, or the License Center ... the SSD Profiling Tool is a system integrated App.

Agreed. They should allow us to add/remover whatever service/app we want in our devices.
But they do like Samsung... bad practices
