Browser Station via Android and Keyboard Problem

When accessing the QNAP interface via an Android device (phone or tablet) I can run Browser Station, but I can't use the keyboard on any fields such as Google search box. The Android keyboard won't pop up.
Please enable support for Browser Station on Android devices.

I did open a ticket.
First I got told they would fix it because it sounded like a bug, so got escalated to programmers team. Then they came back and said it was a limitation of the software.
I was asked to make a feature request if I wanted it changed. Is this the correct forum to do that?

basically they told you to stop bugging them
this feature request forum is (probably) unmonitored
