Infiniband would bring ssd raid speeds without thousands of dollars of investment into PFC capable Ethernet switches. This is the most price efficient lossless 10+ gigabit RDMA there is, to my knowledge. You can get started with hundreds of dollars.

Please give a hint if Infiniband support is on the horizon. Qnap usability is excellent and it’s our preferred choice if the features are there.
