TS 653-Pro - Disk Failure, possible 2 disk failure.

Hi Community,

I have a TS 653-PRO with 6x 6TB hard drives. Hard drive model is WD60EFRX-68L0BN1

Disk 5 says it has failed. In fact, it is now saying disk does not exist. Screenshot - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Bnfvm3 ... p=drivesdk

I have purchased a new 6TB and replaced, but it is still not recognised ... and now Disk 4 has a warning. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mLDHmB ... p=drivesdk

I am doing a file check, but this is taking a tremendously long time - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DF3ng- ... p=drivesdk and it not progressing beyond about 70%

I am not able to submit a ticket from the helpdesk on the qnap, because my QNAP ID signing is not working and refers to an 'Internal server error' - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1c1rCBk ... p=drivesdk

Can anyone help, please?

Please always attach pictures to the forum and not random google drive locations

If you had a RAID5 then the RAID is toast (only one drive tolerance) and you backups come into play
