Replace Disks After MB Failure

Post by Webslinger22 »

The motherboard in my TVS-672XT failed and I had to send the unit it to have the motherboard replaced. I had to pull all the drives (2 M.2 and 6 HDD) I labeled them for their location in the unit as I removed them. I now have the unit back. What is the best way to replace them and restore the unit to the previous Raid Set up?

make sure the new device is on the latest firmware (disk-less via qfinder) then just stick all disks in the same way you removed them and it should come up the same way as before.

There is a whole thread about the failing x72XT units and how people got their warranty extended, hope you didn't pay for yours
