TS-212 - Can't create folders and logical disks are "not connected"

Post by XCII_DK » Thu Oct 14, 2021 8:52 am

Hello

Let me preface this by stating that I am new to using a NAS and to messing with the correct settings.

My older TS-212 has been updated with 4.3.3.1693 firmware and I have a 120GB Intenso SSD installed with status "good".

However, I can't create new folders on the NAS. When I try, I get the error: "FILE/FOLDER not exist".

Also, in the Disk management section, there is no drive present in the "logical disks" section (Not sure if this is an actual problem).

In your experience, is this a sign of corrupted firmware, a bad SSD or a 3rd thing?

(I apologize that the screenshots are in Danish - I don't know how to change it to English)
