Upgrade disks, storage not increase?

Post by surapon »

I have 4 disks in NAS TS-431P2 with 2TB,2TB,4TB,4TB. Yesterday I upgraded two 2TB disks with two 10TB disks and had waited for them to be synced for about 6 hours each. Now I have 10TB, 10TB, 4TB, 4TB disks. However the capacity of NAS seem not increase in size. It remains about 4.9 TB in size (Thick volume). What I did wronng or someone could help, please suggest?

Did you expand the pool/volume with the documented process? (see manual)

Thank you for reply.
In the Storage Pool Management page shows Capacity: 5.43 TB, Allocated 5.00 TB. And once I enter the Expand Storage Pool Wizard there onely 2 options which is Create and add a new RAID groupd, and Add new disk(s) to existing RAID group. Both of them show no disk. Is it because I replacaed the two 2TB with two 10TB disks?
