System bip 3 times

I have an issue with my Qnap TS 251 with 2 hard disk
The web interface was not available so i reboot it
Th power led is green and system seems to boot normaly
But make 3 bips every 30 seconds many times then nothing
Seems to be connected to the lan but impossible to connect
The fan behind seems to work correctly (the manual indicate that is the failure)

I don't know really what's wrong and what to do
Is there an hardware issue ?

I f i connect the hdmi cable, i have a black screen with only white cursor

any help would be appreciated

does it boot without disks in?

I test without the 2 HDD
The system boot normaly with screen "Welcome to the QTS Smart Installation system!"
Does it mean that my HDD is dead ?

that means the unit is ok..so the system on your disks is somehow not working (the actual os is on the disks)
