Raid 5 569Pro Recover

Post by hondato »

Good evening, I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to recover some folders from my Qnap 569 pro with raid 5. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to program an external backup like the other folders. The description of the problem is that about 2 months ago I had the first problem on one disc, then I was busy with offsite work and unfortunately a second disc also turned orange. I thought the degraded condition allowed me to replace the ordered disk, but I made the mistake of turning off the server to avoid making it work. Conclusion 1 red and one orange disc. The fifth orange disk shows smart error, and I can't see my folders. I thank those who can advise how to recover, now I have purchased 2 hd of the same size but I can not rebuild.

If you lost two drives your data is toast. You can try to put the better one in again and try to let it rebuild the fourth drive.
