Can't access from Win 10 Explorer LAN

Hi,

This always worked but now when I try and access the NAS from 1 Win 10 box Explorer, I get a panel..

You might not have permission to use this network etc..
The user can't sign in because this account is currently disabled.

It is just this box, other sim boxes can access from Explorer okay.

I can get into admin fine.

I haven't changed anything so not sure why it would be showing this and how can I fix please.

What NAS model?..What SMB level is set?

Windows asking for credentials?

Hi,
It is a TS 231P

I can access okay from Win Explorer another NAS 451. It is just the 231 that I get the error and it is only this box on the LAN. All the other Win boxes reach it okay.
Not sure about SMB.
No credentials asked for, just get that panel when I click on the NAS in Network

check your windows credential storage if wrong credentials have been saved for that nas on that computer

Yes that worked. Not sure how/why it changed but it's good now.
